HTC is a subsidiary company of HARBIN FRP INSTITUTE (HBFRP) subordinated to China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM). CNBM is one of world’s top 500 enterprises, which keeps first in China Building Industry.  HBFRP is one of professional institutions on researching and developing   composite in China, which is also a supporting unit in China Research Center on Resin Matrix Composite. HBFRP has successively undertaken over 100 research & trial-manufacture programs including national key scientific& technological project, national “863” task plan and major equipment etc. Moreover HBFRP has contributed to China on developing Shenzhou Spacecrafts, Chang’e Project and other priority composite hardware on arms.

HTC founded in 1979 is specialized in researching and developing series of radomes ( mainly used in such field as National Defense, Civil Aviation, Meteorology Fields and SATCOM etc.) and other composite products with high performance. HTC owns powerful technical staff lead by professorate senior engineer, advanced process facilities and measuring apparatus. Besides, HTC has developed a high-tech enterprise in Heilongjiang province, which is a member of China Radar Industry Association as well as.

HTC is the first one passed Quality System Certification of GB/T19001-2000.
HTC has experienced developing and producing ground radomes for more than 30years, whose products concern band P，L，S，C，X，Ku and Ka etc. Recently the high performance radomes have been passed overall performance tests and other environmental tests, whose results are met with the demand of high-performance antennas.
At present, hundreds of radomes have been equipped on the domestic and imported radar antennas. At the same time many radomes have been exported to USA, Great Britain, Ukraine, Sweden, Hungary, Pakistan, Mongolia, Trinidad & Tobago, Hongkong & Macao etc.  Taking the business concepts on efficiency, practice, innovation, all win, HTC is being at service for all circles in society with qualified products and knight sarvice.
